This is a recent project where we were proud to be the chosen contractor to carry out all civil & surfacing works at this stunning 1817 estate property. This turnkey project was completed over 7 days and involved:
- Removing the existing disintegrated surface
- Reducing levels to improve drainage flow
- Installing a new drainage system to effectively collect surface water
- To complement the character of the property, reclaimed Edinburgh cobbles were installed around the lawn perimeter along with new gravel beds, creating a softer and more traditional finish against the building
- The project was completed using 10mm SMA & 20mm base course tarmac, with a total tarmac construction depth of 200mm
